💡 Mitel Pre-Sales / Solutions Architects (Unified Communications) – UK Wide – Home-Based with Travel

£75,000 | Car Allowance | OTE


A leading Unified Communications partner is looking to hire two Pre-Sales / Solutions Architects – one junior and one senior – to support customer engagements across its enterprise and public sector portfolio.

With a customer base spanning over 200 organisations (including NHS Trusts and major public sector accounts), you’ll work closely with clients to design and shape UC transformation solutions, moving them from legacy Mitel and Unify Openscape estates into modern Zoom and Genesys cloud platforms.

This is a strategic, customer-facing role where you’ll combine your technical background with strong consultative skills to build trust, design robust solutions, and help win new business.


🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging directly with customers to understand requirements and shape UC solutions

• Designing and presenting Mitel / Unify Openscape architectures and migration roadmaps

• Advising customers on cloud telephony transformations into Zoom and Genesys

• Partnering with sales teams throughout the bid/tender lifecycle

• Delivering solution workshops, demonstrations, and high-level designs (HLDs)

• Acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers – particularly in the public sector

• Providing technical oversight during transition from pre-sales to delivery


🧠 What You’ll Bring:

• Strong understanding of Mitel solutions (certifications highly desirable)

• Familiarity with Unify Openscape environments

• Experience designing UC architectures and migration paths for enterprise customers

• Strong customer-facing skills – capable of running workshops and presenting solutions to stakeholders at all levels

• Enthusiasm to cross-train into Zoom and Genesys cloud telephony

• SC Clearance is highly desirable (or ability to gain it)


📍 The Setup:

• UK-wide remote role – travel to customer sites as required (mostly London)

• Hiring for 1 x Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Architect and 1 x Junior Pre-Sales Solutions Architect


💰 The Package:

• £75,000 basic salary with some flexibility up or down based upon experience

• £6,000/annum car allowance

• 20% OTE paid quarterly

• Training & certification support (Zoom, Genesys, Mitel)
