Cherish UK Ltd is looking to appoint an experienced Recruiter to join our Head Office based team. Working alongside the HR Team your role will be to recruit new Community Care Workers, Support Workers and office staff into the business.

With offices in Blackpool, Leigh, Rochdale, Wigan and South Trafford we work with local authorities and the NHS to support vulnerable members of our community to remain living independently within their own homes. Our services include Home Care, Supported Living, Reablement and Outreach Support. Working with both vulnerable adults and children our staff team work alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure that all our clients are treated with the dignity and respect that they deserve.
The Role:
Due to continued growth we are expanding our recruitment team to include a new Recruiter post. You will work alongside Service Management to recruit new team members ensuring safer recruitment, following legal requirements and regulatory standards under both Ofsted and CQC.
Key duties will include supporting line management in the delivery of:
* Recruitment and selection of new team members
* Managing the full end to end recruitment process
* Monitoring of advertisements on external recruitment platforms
* Work closely with Service management in identifying vacancies
* Processing applications and arranging interviews;
* Interviewing alongside Line Managers
* Manage analytics including, weekly KPI's and exit interviews.
As one of the main point of contact for the staff team this is a pivotal role in supporting internal recruitment for the business.
The Person:
We are looking for a candidate that is passionate about recruitment and not afraid of a challenge. You will need to be and effective communicator and show a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate will be joining an existing team who will be working alongside you in relation to compliance and administration.
The successful candidate should have previous experience of working within a recruitment role and have an understanding of the care sector.

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
