The Role We are looking for a compassionate and confident Service Leader to guide and inspire a dedicated team of support workers. You will be supporting adults with: Learning disabilities Autism Physical disabilities Complex needs and behaviours that may challenge No two days are the same from daily routines and personal care to community activities, holidays, and life skills development, youll play a key role in helping people build independence and enjoy meaningful lives. Youll also be responsible for leading a team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered. What Youll Bring Were looking for someone who leads with heart, purpose, and resilience. You will have: Experience in a health and social care leadership role A genuine passion for supporting people to live independently Experience supporting individuals with complex needs A flexible, positive, and can-do attitude Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team Knowledge of autism and/or trauma-informed approaches (desirable) Confidence using basic IT systems You will be someone who can balance hands-on support with strong leadership and decision-making.
