Based in Liphook, Hampshire, this role sits within a well-established architectural practice specialising in high-end residential, conservation, and listed building projects across the UK.
The Architectural Technician will deliver detailed technical packages across multiple RIBA Stages, supporting projects from concept through to completion. Hybrid working is available with three days studio-based in Liphook, Hampshire.
Role & Responsibilities

Lead and support projects across relevant RIBA Stages
*
Produce detailed technical drawing packages using ArchiCAD
*
Prepare planning applications, Building Regulations and construction documentation
*
Coordinate consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers
*
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and statutory requirements
*
Attend client meetings and undertake site visits across the UK
*
Oversee the production and coordination of planning and construction information
*
Contribute to technical problem-solving and design development
*
Report to the Project Architect and Studio Director
Skills & Experience Required
*
Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or Architecture (CIAT accredited or equivalent desirable)
*
Minimum five years’ professional UK experience within an architectural practice
*
Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
*
Experience delivering projects across multiple RIBA Stages
*
Proven background in high-end residential, heritage, and listed building projects
*
Proficiency in ArchiCAD
*
Experience coordinating external consultants and managing workload independently
*
Strong written and verbal communication skills
*
Knowledge of conservation principles and context-sensitive design
Salary & Benefits

£40,000 – £45,000 per annum
*
Hybrid working arrangement (three days in the Liphook, Hampshire office)
