The Role As part of our exciting growth were seeking a proactive Maintenance Team Leader to help keep our operations running seamlessly.

What you will be doing as a Maintenance Team Leader? Minimising downtime, enhancing equipment performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the factory.
Lead and support a team of Engineers identifying any development needs and managing time and attendance.
Ensure that work is prioritised and issued to the site engineers on a daily basis and that all maintenance duties are carried out to company standards and follow the Companys Health and Safety procedures.
To provide the Operations Team with full and effective cover for breakdowns, projects and planned preventative maintenance, in order to improve the site OEE and wastage KPIs.
To ensure that the department carries out any planned preventative maintenance.
The working environment will necessitate the setting of priorities, monitoring progress against schedules and rescheduling as necessary. Conduct root cause analysis to address recurring breakdowns and reduce operational bottlenecks.
