Assistant Store Manager - Cramlington
Support the Store Manager by assisting in the daily operations of the store, ensuring costs stay within targets.
Drive sales by promoting products and identifying growth opportunities to maximise profitability.
Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
Manage, coach, and motivate the team to achieve targets, leading by example.
Act as Deputy for the Manager when required to ensure smooth store operations.
We are seeking a well-rounded, proactive retail manager with a commercial mindset and the ability to work independently. Experience in fashion retail is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have previous management or supervisory experience within retail, along with:
