What you’ll be doing:
Building and developing a specialist contract desk across high-demand sectors you will:
* Win new business and nurture long-term client partnerships
* Manage the full contract recruitment cycle, including: role qualification, candidate sourcing & headhunting, negotiation, onboarding & contractor care, compliance & contract extensions
* Build strong talent pipelines through networking and market mapping
* Collaborate closely with permanent consultants to maximise cross-desk opportunities
* Develop and manage a thriving contractor community
* Become a trusted specialist within your chosen niche
