Position
Senior Growth Specialist – Full‑cycle sales from lead generation to closing and onboarding practices.
Goal Expectations
* Objective 1: Convert new practices
o Own a geographical patch and secure at least 10 live practices per week.
o Achieve a 70% demo‑to‑sign rate and a 90% sign‑to‑live rate.
o Represent Healthtech‑1 with pride and care in every interaction.
* Objective 2: Generate leads
o Create and execute high‑impact lead‑gen strategies (cold calling, email campaigns, events, field sales, referrals).
o Produce high‑quality leads using storytelling, data, and research.
o Maintain a personal calendar of demos.
* Objective 3: Improve team performance
o Iterate on team processes weekly.
o Help the team aim for a stretch target of 15 practices live per person per week.
o Deliver a great impression of Healthtech‑1 to every practice.
Scope of the Role
* Fully own
o Your live practices target.
o The quality and effectiveness of your outbound campaigns.
o The GTM strategy for your geographic patch.
* Co‑own
o Enrichment of your lead list.
o Keeping the CRM tidy and updated.
o Booking demos (shared with Junior Growth Specialists).
* Influence (but do not own)
o How we invest in inbound campaigns.
o Product direction via customer feedback.
* Do not own
o Account management.
o Product roadmap.
o Enterprise (ICB) deals.

* 2+ years of sales experience.
* Experience in a fast‑paced startup environment.
