As a Senior Receptionist Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the team in meeting the needs of both patients and the practice. This will be alongside your existing Reception/Admin Rota Duties. Your responsibilities include assisting with Staff Rotas, Training, Prescription Governance, Escalations, Patient Services, and Process Improvements.

Job responsibilities
* Clinical Rotas: Working with the Site Manager to create and maintain rotas, planning ahead for leave, and addressing absences. Liaising with clinicians to ensure safe working conditions.
* Reception/Admin Rota: Creating and maintaining weekly rotas, planning ahead, and managing absences.
* Annual Leave Approval: Approving leave requests on the HR system.
* Transitional HR/Finance: Supervising the reception/admin team, completing sickness reports, conducting return-to-work interviews, identifying training needs, and assisting with payroll.
* Governance and Compliance: Conducting safety checks, ensuring prescription governance adherence, maintaining confidentiality.
* Communication/Team Meetings: Acting as a communication link, leading team meetings, and updating staff.
* Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting change initiatives.
* Escalations: Supporting the team with complex queries, managing complaints, and investigating significant events.
* Cross Site Working: Facilitating cross-site working and ensuring good customer service.
* Support: Supporting the SM and Ops Manager as needed.

* Excellent knowledge of primary care clinical and IT systems
