Our client, a reputable firm, is seeking enthusiastic individuals for various levels of planning roles including Graduate, Senior and Principal Planners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing and contributing to development projects from inception to completion
2. Preparing comprehensive planning applications and supporting documents
3. Interpreting and applying planning policies and legislation
4. Engaging with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships
5. Providing expert advice on planning and development matters
6. Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies
7. Representing clients at planning committees and appeals where necessary
8. Collaborating with a team of planners, including directors and fellow colleagues
Job Requirements:
9. Experience in Town Planning or Development Management
10. Strong understanding of planning policies and regulations
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
12. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
13. Proficiency in preparing and presenting reports and proposals
14. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
15. For senior roles: significant experience and the ability to lead project teams
