Marketing and Communications Executive
Location: Warwickshire Offices.
Working Pattern: Hybrid – Monday/Friday remote, Tuesday–Thursday office.
Salary: £32 K–£36 K dependent on experience plus benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, discretionary bonus, annual eye test voucher.
Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
Driving: Car owner and valid driving licence required.
Role Overview
We are recruiting a Marketing and Communications Executive with proven B2B experience, ideally within a membership/client service‑led organisation such as a trade association, to effectively coordinate and lead the communications and marketing programme.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage brand guidelines and communications strategy.
* Oversee website content and manage external media relations.
* Lead social media strategy, create graphics, and support email marketing templates.
* Plan, coordinate and promote shows, conferences and events.
* Analyse performance data, track marketing campaigns and provide insights.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage budgets.
Experience and Knowledge
* Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in B2B communications and marketing.
* BA degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, linguistics, English or similar.
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
* Experience creating graphics for social media and mailer templates (advantage).
* Strong editing, copywriting and proofreading skills.
* Confident and motivated to work independently and under pressure.
* In‑depth understanding of social media platforms and tools.
* Strong organisational, planning and project management skills.
* Data analytical skills and budget management skills.
* Proficient in IT with Microsoft Office, CRM, website management.
* Knowledge and genuine interest in motorsport or its engineering industry is an advantage.
