Driver Hire Southampton is currently recruiting reliable van drivers for flexible, ad-hoc delivery work across Southampton and nearby areas. Our clients include builders' merchants, electrical suppliers and other local businesses, offering a variety of roles from multi-drop deliveries to vehicle movements. The role:
* Ad-hoc work (0-hour contract) mainly between Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
* Start times typically between 6:00am and 8:00am
* Local and longer-distance delivery routes available
* Some assignments may require a DBS check
What we're looking for:
* Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
* Strong timekeeping and good manual handling ability
* Flexible, reliable and professional attitude
* Own transport required due to varying client locations
* Multi-drop and load-strapping experience preferred
