Job Title: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Contract) Location: Remote Rate: Up to £750 per day Duration: 3 months initially (Discovery Phase) IR35 Status: Outside IR35 About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to aid our client for an initial 3-month contract during the discovery phase of a major transformation programme. This is a high-impact role suited to a seasoned consultant with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, and a strong understanding of HR and Finance integration. Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central. Configure core HR components including wage types, absences, pensions, and master data. Ensure seamless integration with SAP Finance systems (ECC/S4HANA) and alignment of company codes. Maintain data consistency across SAP, ECP, and SuccessFactors platforms. Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, HR, and IT teams to streamline and optimise HR processes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, including user ID mismatches and integration gaps. Support the setup and configuration of the Payroll Control Center. Deliver insights through reporting and analytics. Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. Strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central and related HR modules. Solid understanding of SAP Finance integration and data architecture. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
