Ideallycandidates will have worked in a warehouse or transport environmenthowever any administration experience will be considered. This roleis a temporary to permanent basis, long term opportunity. Immediateinterviews & starts areavailable.
Shifts:
Mondayto Friday 6AM - 2PM
or
Mondayto Friday 2PM - 10PM
Payrate:
AM:12.20 per hour, OT 16.23, increasing after 12 weeks probationdepending on experience + Excellent CompanyBenefits.
PM: 12.60per hour, OT 16.76 increasing after 12 weeks probation depending onexperience + Excellent CompanyBenefits.
Candidateduties willinclude:
* Effectivelyplan all volume, both inbound and outbound, in conjunction withoperational availability.
* Co-ordinate withother departments to make on-site decisions by managing order flowthrough WMS Systems.
* Scan all despatch itemsleaving the warehouse and incomingstock
* Monitor, chase and process all POD'sensuring timely updating of internal systems
* Toprovide the warehouse with excellent levels of administrationsupport
* To provide excellent levels of customerservice at all times
* Checking order systems andworkflow through the warehouseoperations
Candidateexperience willinclude:
* Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel, Word &Outlook
* Highly organised and a teamplayer
* Deadlinefocused
* Excellent communicationskills
