The Role This is a pivotal role providing comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Managing Director. You will act as a trusted gatekeeper and facilitator, ensuring the smooth running of the MD’s day-to-day activities and enabling effective leadership of the senior management team. Key Responsibilities: * Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Managing Director * Manage complex and frequently changing diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements * Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality * Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on agreed actions * Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels * Support strategic projects, board papers, and operational reviews as required * Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times, handling sensitive information with integrity About You To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced PA or Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. You will demonstrate excellent judgement, resilience, and attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate needs and act proactively.
