Job Description
3. Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including reporting and analysis.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
5. Develop and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
6. Provide strategic financial guidance to support business decision-making.
7. Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior stakeholders.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
9. Supervise and mentor members of the finance team.
10. Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Financial Controller should have:
11. Professional accounting qualifications, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
12. Proven experience in a regulated environment.
13. Strong technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with relevant regulations.
14. Excellent financial reporting and analysis skills.
15. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
