National Sales Office Manager
Location: UK (National Travel Required)
Salary: £70,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance
Elevation Recruitment Group is looking for an experienced National Sales Office Manager to lead and drive the performance of regional sales offices across the UK for a specialist distributor and manager of electrical cables and accessories. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven sales leader to make a real impact in a fast-paced, B2B sales environment within the cables and industrial products sector.
The Role:
You will oversee multiple regional offices, leading Office Managers and their teams of Inside Sales Executives and Customer Satisfaction Administrators. Your focus will be on achieving national sales targets, standardising operations, enhancing customer experience, and driving profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and develop Sales Office Managers and their teams to deliver sales excellence.
* Drive national sales strategy, set targets, and monitor performance through KPIs.
* Standardise sales processes and reporting across all offices to improve efficiency.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
* Analyse performance data, identify opportunities, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years’ experience in multi-site sales management, ideally within cables, electrical, or industrial products.
* Proven track record in driving growth across multiple teams and markets.
* Strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
* High proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.
* Willingness to travel nationally (approx. 40–60% of the time).
