We have an exciting opportunity here in the Coupons Operations department for a Coupon Operations Executive to join a successful team!
You'll be responsible for accurately setting up all coupons and offers across in-store and online systems for colleagues across Tesco and external suppliers to deliver a positive customer experience!

1. Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary

You will be responsible for
5. Responsible for receiving and checking offer nominations to ensure all coupons and offers are legal and adhere to the coupon guidelines.
6. Accurately setting up Clubcard reward offers and Tesco customer focused coupons across in store and online systems.
7. Ensuring that all finance and audit processes are followed.
8. Supporting the continuous improvement of execution and reconciliation processes for setting up coupons and offers.
9. Maintaining all coupon and offer systems and keeping up to date with issuer codes/barcode recycling etc.
10. Providing advice to customers on coupons.
You will need
11. Experience in being able to independently handling workload in a fast pace environment.
12. Previous experience working with multiple partners.
Operational Skills
13. Project management experience.
14. Ability to lead d detailed processes and systems.
15. Experience with high level problem solving.
16. Previous customer management experience.
17. Previous campaign management and digital marketing awareness experience.
