The Assessor and ERO will fully and completely discharge the statutory duties required of the Assessor and Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) and will lead, direct and manage an effective Assessor and ERO service in accordance with the Board’s objectives and targets. The postholder must be a full, professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. The postholder will occupy a critical position within LVJB in order to achieve objectives and ensure compliance across key legislation. The postholder must also be able to demonstrate that they can meet the needs of key stakeholders by adding value through improving services while retaining objectivity. The postholder will be instrumental in identifying and delivering innovative service solutions, therefore we are looking for a high-performing individual with presence and credibility, who can communicate a clear vision for the future, manage teams, deliver results, and set high quality standards in the delivery of this role.
