Responsibilities: Work alongside Service Improvement Leads to address key practice areas Collaborate with the workforce to help shift culture and practice Use data and lived experience feedback to drive improvements Partner with agencies to ensure ambition and high standards for young people Support colleagues and promote best practice Adapt to evolving needs and continuously develop your skills Driving licence & car: Required Working pattern: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office + as needed for face-to-face meetings) About you: No need to be a qualified social worker or have frontline SW experience, but Youth Justice experience is essential.
