Your Role:
As an Assistant Gym Manager, you’ll play a vital role in creating an exceptional environment for both our team and gym members. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering an outstanding member experience alongside the Gym Manager
* Supporting the Gym Manager in attracting new members through outreach and community events
* Leading and developing a talented team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors
* Providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff
* Managing and enhancing our Group Exercise offerings
You'll be instrumental in fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and contributing to the growth and retention of our membership base.

* A commitment to doing the right thing, with resilience, confidence, and integrity
* A Level 2 qualification in gym instructing, along with experience in teaching group exercise
