We are currently recruiting for a Transport Planner to join a busy operation based in Rainham, Essex. This role involves planning and coordinating a fleet of vans and HGVs, ensuring efficient routing and smooth day-to-day transport operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Planning and scheduling vehicle routes across London and the Southeast
* Managing a fleet of vans and HGVs
* Liaising with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
* Monitoring routes and adjusting plans where required
* Ensuring all transport activities run efficiently and on schedule
Requirements:
* Previous transport planning experience (essential)
* Experience working with van and/or HGV fleets
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
