This is a full-time on-site role located at our setting in Thames Valley Park for a Level 3 Plus Qualified Nursery Nurse to work in our Pre‑School Room. The successful candidate will be responsible for caring for and supervising young children, assisting in their educational and social development, and ensuring their safety and well‑being.
Responsibilities
* Ensure that company policies and procedures are read and adhered to.
* Follow risk assessments and healthcare plans.
Experience
* Previous experience in childcare is essential (at least 2 years).
* A minimum Childcare Level 3 qualification is essential.
* First aid and safeguarding training desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
* Enhanced DBS check required.
Qualifications
* Nursery and Nursing skills.
* Knowledge of Safeguarding regulations.
* Creativity Skills.
* Experience working with children.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* First Aid certification is a plus.
* A relevant childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ or Level 3 Diploma in Childcare) is required.
* Enhanced DBS check required.
