Ashburnham House, operated by Shaw Healthcare, is a supported living service located in Talgarth, providing personalized support to individuals with various needs, including severe and enduring mental health problems.

Job Responsibilities
* Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice.
* Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.
* Report changes in residents needs or well‑being promptly to the Line Manager.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date care plans and documentation.
Qualifications And Experience
* Experience working with older people in residential care.
* You will have completed or working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent).
* You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people.
* Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.
