We are seeking
School Office Managers
to join schools across
Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Northampton, and Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced administrators looking to step into a leadership role or for existing office managers seeking a new challenge in a rewarding school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the daily operations of the school office
Supervising and supporting administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow
Acting as the main point of contact for staff, parents, and external stakeholders
Handling correspondence, telephone calls, and enquiries professionally
Overseeing admissions, attendance, and pupil records
Managing office budgets, invoices, and general financial administration
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health & safety procedures
Supporting the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team with administrative needs
Requirements:
Previous experience in a school office manager role (or senior administrator role within education)
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office; SIMS/Arbor experience desirable)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Professional, approachable, and highly reliable
Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to obtain)
