Overview:
We're currently recruiting for a leading furniture company in the Batley area, due to continued growth they are seeking an experienced Upholsterer to join the team.
Hours of work: 39 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 6am-4:15pm Shift or 7am-5:15pm Fridays off
Salary: £13.00 to £21.00 per hour. (Depending on experience and skillset)
Responsibilities
* Upholsterer furniture to a high standard.
* Provide good quality work to set company standards.
* To meet agreed company production targets.
* To comply with Health and Safety procedures as set out in the company’s Health and Safety policy.
* To support overtime when the business requires it at busy times after being given significant notification.
* Ensuring good housekeeping is maintained at all times especially around workstations.
* To have experience in upholstery in a fast-paced environment, (preferably chairs).
* To respond to training on new products as to the demands of the business.
