Keychange is a Christian Charity Creating Caring Communities. Keychange provides care, support, development and well-being services across eleven communities in England, consisting of Eleven Care Homes and two Housing Communities for young people. Our office in London provides a support function of central services to our communities to enable them to operate at the most effective level with a focus on delivering quality care and support.
The post holder will support the Registered Manager in ensuring that the quality of care provided to the people who live with us is of a high standard, is regularly reviewed, and planned in partnership with the person and their advocates. The role includes the over-seeing the care team delivering the service, and providing mentorship and supervision. This role will also serve as deputising for the Registered Manager in their absence alongside the Head of Care Support.
