Our client based in Uxbridge are seeking a Service Desk Administrator to join their busy Service Team to\n \nProvide high level customer service \nAnswer inbound calls received on the service line giving customers a great customer service \nAction Voicemails left on Answer Machine \nRespond to emails received in the Service Inbox from external and internal customers \nCreate Quotes for breakdowns and Services \nClose Service Reports \nManage Account queries sent to Service \nCreate and manage Return to Fits when parts are needed to fix machine and a return to site is required \nProcess Worksheets that have submitted manually Manage Stock Adjustments \nLog Calls for engineer attendance. \nCreate Contracts for Service Agreement \nCreate and Manage Orders for cleaning products and spare parts \nTo support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business \nBe always customer orientated and to represent the company in the best way
