We are looking for an Estates Process and Systems Owner to join us until the end of 2027, who will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering Estates process and system solutions that support our mission, helping our volunteers and staff by ensuring that RNLI buildings and land are safe, available and compliant, so that we can save every one.
Although not confirmed at this stage, the option to make this a permanent role is under review.

Your Role
As the Estates Process and System Owner, you will
9. Be responsible for defining, developing, and delivering processes and configurations that optimise the RNLI’s building and land assets
10. Work closely with stakeholders, suppliers, RNLI IT, and end-users to ensure we meet the needs of the organisation and the communities we serve, developing roadmaps that provide the RNLI and its lifesaving and fundraising teams the capabilities that they need to deliver on our strategy and plans
11. Be key in driving the adoption, optimisation and continuous improvement of the Estates Management System
12. Be close to our Estates, Legal, and Finance teams, understanding how they interact with the solution and the opportunities to improve their effectiveness, making it easy to undertake their roles for the RNLI
About you
Our ideal candidate for the role of Estates Process and System Owner will have an in-depth understanding of Estates processes, Estates systems and be comfortable undertaking investigations, and acting as the key liaison between functional stakeholders and technical teams.
To be considered as our new Estates Process and System Owner you will need:
13. Familiarity with Estates work supported by CAFM systems
14. Ability to work cross-functionally with technical (including Estates and IT) and non-technical teams
15. Ability to develop and embed processes to improve the delivery of services
16. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
It is also desirable that you have:
17. Familiarity with application architecture, UX principles, and industry best practices
18. Previous experience of managing a CAFM system
19. Experience of using or managing the Concerto product
