You'll be leading engineering teams to deliver high-quality mechanical and electrical building services maintenance across a designated client portfolios. What You'll Be Doing:
1. As a Contract Manager you will act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
2. You will Lead and support a team of engineers including a Lead Engineer.
3. As a contract manager you will ensure the profitable and compliant delivery of maintenance contracts.
