An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and highly capable PA to support 2–3 Executives within a respected professional services consultancy. This is a 6-month FTC with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. Candidates can be based in Manchester, Leeds, or Birmingham. In this PA role, you will enable the Executives to lead effectively by managing complex diaries and inboxes, coordinating multiple projects, preparing polished reports and packs, and acting as a confident representative when liaising with clients, partners, and senior colleagues. As the PA, you’ll play a visible role across the business, ensuring priorities stay on track and anticipating needs before they arise. We’re looking for a PA who is highly organised, discreet, and academically or professionally strong, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships at all levels. A personable, approachable style and good sense of humour will help you thrive in this trusted and fast-paced role.
