Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Key / National Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of major UK customer accounts. The role focuses on driving profitable growth across national and key accounts within grocery and retail channels, while building strong, long-term customer partnerships.
Key Responsiblities:
* Manage and develop assigned key and national customer accounts across multiple sectors.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring all account requirements are met effectively.
* Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders within each account.
* Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities within existing customers and developing new business.
* Manage forecasting and demand planning for allocated accounts.
* Identify range gaps and opportunities to introduce additional products.
* Maintain full responsibility for account performance, including commercial outcomes and profitability.
