We are looking for a Graduate electrical or mechanical engineer and offer potential job opportunities in the sector.
As an apprentice, your daily tasks will vary and expose you to all aspects of our work, including:
1. Producing detailed designs and drawings
2. Using the latest computer modelling software
3. Undertaking site surveys
4. Researching ground-breaking technologies
5. Participating in regular meetings with project teams, clients, or end users
6. Preparing engineering system designs on computers
7. Writing specifications
8. Monitoring progress on construction sites
9. Receiving one day of study leave during term times to attend university and work towards your BSc or BEng in Building Services Engineering
10. Gaining a route to Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status through the Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship for Building Services Design Engineer
11. The typical duration of this apprenticeship is 66 months, depending on previous experience and opportunities to gain the full range of competence
12. Functional Skills in English may be required
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
