Production/Packing Operative | Newtowanrds | £ per hour
Staffline Ireland is currently seeking production operatives to join our client, a leading dairy manufacturer, on a long-term temporary basis at their site in Newtownards.
Role:
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for preparing and packaging products for despatch.
Duties:
1. Packing of powdered product into bags.
2. Mixing ingredients.
3. Weighing of items.
4. Conducting spot quality checks on products.
5. Forklift driving (if qualified).
Criteria:
6. Capable of lifting bags weighing up to 20kg.
7. Good level of numeracy and literacy skills.
8. Previous warehouse/production experience preferred.
9. Ideally hold a valid counterbalance licence.
Hours of work
10. Monday to Thursday 7am-5pm
11. Fridays 7am - 12pm
Rate of pay:
12. £ p/h for the first 37 hours worked
13. £ p/h for hours worked over 37 hours
14. Further enhanced overtime rates available
