Job Title: Registered Nurse Location: High Littleton, BS39 Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Shifts Salary: £24.60 – £27.60 per hour Alternative limited company rates available on request We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team, delivering person-centred care to a male client in the comfort of his own home in High Littleton. Your Role: As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a key role in supporting the client’s complex care needs with professionalism, compassion, and dignity. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing high-quality, individualised nursing care * Administering medications via PEG/jej * Supporting personal care, mobility, and daily routines * Monitoring vital signs and responding to any changes in condition * Keeping accurate care documentation and health records * Coordinating with GPs, consultants, and other health professionals * Developing and reviewing care plans tailored to the client’s needs * Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment * Offering emotional support and education to the client and family What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking someone who is clinically confident, compassionate, and committed to delivering the highest standard of care in a home setting. Essential Requirements: * Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin * Previous experience in community care, domiciliary care, or complex needs preferred * Confident in PEG care and working independently * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to adapt to the client’s evolving health and care requirements Why Join Us?
