Bluestones Supply Chain Glasgow are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our client based in Bellshill, this role will involve dealing with compliance as well as payroll. Key Responsibilities: Inputting payroll data accurately into the payroll system Verifying that all payroll information is complete and correct before processing Ensuring all candidate records are compliant with internal and external requirements Adding new starters to the payroll and HR systems Assisting with general administrative duties as required Requirements: Previous experience in a payroll or administrative role in a temporary recruitment agency is preferred however not essential Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Comfortable using payroll and data systems Knowledge of compliance procedures is an advantage This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team with clear progression pathways and long-term career development.
