The Castle of Brecon Hotel in Brecon is now recruiting for additional skilled Chef de Parties' to join the team in advance of the busy summer season and beyond. We re-opened in April 2026 with a brand new commercial kitchen hiding in the Castle walls and our business is growing all the time.
