We are an established and successful business with a wide portfolio of clients that includes some key Framework Contracts working predominantly within National Highways contracts and the local authority sector. What youll be doing Working alongside the project delivery and commercial teams you will be involved with the contractual and commercial administration of projects across different clients. You will have exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery. Key responsibilities include assisting or taking responsibility for: Budget preparation Management of risk and risk registers Valuations and applications for payment Change control Early Warning and Compensation Event Commercial support to operational delivery CVR and management reports Financial / commercial control and reporting Who are we looking for? Ideally someone with: Previous experience in quantity surveying Previous experience working on Civils, Infrastructure and Highways projects Proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel Aptitude and desire to learn and develop
