Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Ice Tea and Rockstar Energy.

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for aProcurement Business Partner.Reporting to the Senior Local Procurement Business Partner this role will play a key part of our success journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:
Role Responsibilities:
· Supplier Relationship Management – negotiations, analysis and point of contact.
· Sourcing and RFx execution, alongside contract planning.
· Collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative information to asses, screen and select suppliers.
· Delivering Net/ P&L savings, negotiating with stakeholders & customers
· Handle any claims or solve related issues, also managing local admin tasks where relevant.
· Coordinate with central procurement to always ensure alignment, embedding value.
· Managing relationships with local senior stakeholders (CEO, CFO).
Experience and Key Attributes:
· Experience within strategic/ tactical procurement in a similar role and/or business on a global or regional level, with a commercial focus.
· Strong general knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and experience in spend, demand, market to industry analysis.
· Ability to effectively communicate at all levels and cross functionally with excellent stakeholder management skills.
· An analytical thinker, with the ability to work towards sharp deadlines and a forward-thinking mindset, with exceptional problem-solving skills.
· Results orientated, with a keen eye for execution at the top level.
· Previous experience working in a global matrix-based organisation is desired, but not a necessity.
· Knowledge of SAP and Ariba or a local ERP/ procurement system with extensive use of Microsoft systems, specifically Excel.
· Flexible, organised, willingness to learn and adapt, whilst applying a structure to planning.
· Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
