Tech Lead (Informatica Customer 360 – MDM) Location: Hybrid (Cardiff / Remote – 1–2 days per week on site) Contract Length: 6 months (starting ASAP) Day Rate: Up to £550 per day – OUTSIDE IR35 Overview: An established organisation is seeking an experienced Affiliate Tech Lead with expertise in Informatica Customer 360 (MDM) to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise-level master data management solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving data quality, governance, and integration across complex customer data ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Informatica Customer 360 (MDM), covering data modelling, integration, and stewardship workflows. Architect and optimise customer data flows across multiple platforms to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with data governance standards. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define mastering rules, match/merge strategies, and data quality standards. Provide hands-on technical leadership during development, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices. Drive performance tuning, scalability, and optimisation efforts for high-volume customer data environments. Maintain detailed solution documentation, including data dictionaries and integration specifications. Mentor and support development and analysis teams engaged in MDM initiatives. Apply deep knowledge of MDM best practices, customer hierarchy management, and Informatica tools such as IDQ, EDC, and Axon.
