Job Description
As a Technical Manager at this site, you will have significant Compliance bias. This means you will have to be the kind of individual who is up-to-speed with Regulatory Requirements and the industry standard.
Added to this, as an expert, you will need the personality to be able to ensure Food Safety standards are being adhered to on the shop floor by QAs and QCs. This will be at a distance, so you will need to have the communication skills to be able to inform and instruct in a way which will inspire the team to grow and maintain top standards.
We are talking about a well-established player in the East Anglian Food Manufacturing scene, which has just come under new management and therefore growing at a rate of nauts. The exciting progression includes a very realistic plan to double turnover in only 3 years whilst maintaining the company's key accounts and moving into new clients.
