Private Client Paralegal
Location: High WycombeSalary: £25,000 - £30,000
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of private client matters, including:
* Will drafting
* Tax planning
* Estate administration
* Trust administration
* Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
* Court of Protection matters
You should have:
* Literacy Skills: Good literacy skills and understand the importance of secretarial/administrative support
* Technical Skills: Is proficient in MS Word and other Office products.
* Professional Experience: Has experience working in a professional environment, preferably a law firm
* Team Player: Is a good team player with a willingness to support others and a positive "can-do" attitude
* Personal Traits: Is enthusiastic, flexible, efficient and possesses a friendly manner for dealing with clients and colleagues
