Field installation service & repair of arcade machines in West London & home counties region UK for one of the world’s most distinguished leaders in the production, development and distribution of both iconic and interactive amusement arcade games, redemption machines, pushers and merchandise. They are growing sustainably & will be a great new employer for an experienced field engineer open to a new challenge.
Responsibilities
* Carry out diagnostics, fault‑finding and repairs on a wide range of arcade and amusement machines (redemption, video, coin‑mech etc.)
* Undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime
* Install, configure and test new machines on site and manage parts and inventory efficiently
* Work with site teams to ensure machines meet H&S and compliance standards
* Provide technical support and training to venue staff as required and keep accurate records of service visits and repairs via reporting systems
Covers multiple sites across Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and West London – 40 hours a week with a 2‑week rota (Week 1 Monday‑Friday, Week 2 Monday‑Wednesday and Saturday‑Sunday).
You will have
* Minimum 2+ years experience as an Arcade Engineer or in the vending industry
* Strong electromechanical fault‑finding skills, including PCB and sensor diagnostics
* Familiarity with both mechanical and digital systems
* Excellent troubleshooting and customer‑facing communication skills
* Self‑motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
