Salary: £50,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements: Experience in a systems, network or infrastructure support role. Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments. Experience with networking principles and infrastructure. Exposure to virtualisation technologies such as Proxmox, Hyper-V or similar. Knowledge of Active Directory and user access management. Experience with PowerShell or automation tools is highly desirable. A proactive, self-sufficient approach with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage workload independently within a small team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards. Experience with Linux administration, Intune, SQL, or security best practices would be advantageous. Responsibilities: Deliver end-user support across multiple sites. Manage Windows Server environments and virtual infrastructure. Maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches and access points. Support Microsoft 365 and user account administration through Active Directory and Entra. Manage device configuration and compliance through MDM solutions. Monitor system performance and proactively address issues. Install, configure and maintain servers, systems and software. Manage tickets through to resolution and collaborate with team members where required. Support security infrastructure including firewalls, anti-virus and vulnerability management. Assist with patching, updates and ongoing system maintenance. Contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Liaise with external suppliers and partners where required.
