As Management Accountant, you will be:
* Preparing monthly management accounts with insightful analysis
* Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
* Monitoring financial performance and identifying variances
* Business partnering with operational teams to support decision-making
* Assisting with year-end processes and audit preparation
* Streamlining financial processes to drive efficiency
* Supporting the wider finance team and mentoring junior staff
To be successful in this Management Accountant role, you will ideally have:
* A professional qualification (or working towards) – ACCA/CIMA/ACA
* Experience producing management accounts in a commercial environment
* Strong Excel and financial systems skills
* A proactive mindset with an eye for detail and process improvement
* Confident communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
