What You’ll Be Doing
* Driving the critical path to ensure smooth, on‑time product development.
* Managing seal samples, fit sessions, and QC checks with precision.
* Collaborating with overseas factories to deliver best‑in‑class sportswear.
* Providing clear technical guidance and fit comments to suppliers.
* Testing and analysing fabrics and garments to meet top performance standards.
* Working across men’s, women’s, and junior ranges – bringing ideas to life.
What You’ll Bring
* 2+ years’ experience in sportswear / performance wear product development or garment technology.
* Strong technical understanding of fabrics, trims, and performance materials.
* Experience managing suppliers, fit sessions, and product testing.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a solution‑focused mindset.
* A genuine passion for innovation, quality, and all things activewear.
* Willingness to travel to overseas suppliers when required.
