Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated Dispensing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the dispensing process and ensure that all medicines are handled with care and accuracy. The ideal candidate will posses excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and customers. This is a permanent role, and you must have the right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications and products according to established protocols.
* Ensure accurate labelling and packaging of items prior to distribution.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and staff.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of accuracy in all tasks.
* Good organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
On the job training will be provided. Employee discount and 28 days vacation (including bank holidays) is offered. Start date is flexible.
