We're seeking a skilled and dependable Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our dynamic logistics team in Lichfield. If you're safety-conscious, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a solid background in warehouse operations, we want to hear from you!

Your Role Will Include:
* Safely operating a counterbalance forklift
* Loading and unloading double decker curtain-side trailers
* Efficiently moving goods across the warehouse and yard
* Performing manual handling tasks with correct technique
* Maintaining accurate records of stock movements
* Supporting general warehouse duties
* Conducting daily equipment checks
* Adhering to all health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For:
* Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or in-house)
* Experience with pallet distribution and curtain-side/double decker loading
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* Self-motivated with a focus on safety and detail

What You'll Get:
* £15.00 per hour + regular overtime
* Temp to Perm opportunity after 12 weeks
* Permanent salary of £32,349
* Monday to Friday shifts - enjoy your weekends off!
* Start times between 6PM-8PM, finish between 4AM-5AM
