Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. The role involves working 39 hours per week on rotating shifts (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm).
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and manage data accurately within our system.
2. Utilize production fixtures for manufacturing products.
3. Use inspection fixtures and gauges to ensure product quality standards are met.
4. Apply visual inspection methods effectively.
5. Follow and refer to Quality procedures.
6. Read and interpret technical drawings for manufacturing processes.
7. Manage consumable supplies within the work area.
8. Participate in regular meetings to discuss quality issues.
9. Report any issues affecting production.
10. Implement workloads assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Ability to adhere to Quality procedures.
2. Experience in machining and fabrication.
3. Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
4. Familiarity with NCR processes.
Security Clearance: BPSS clearance required.
