Role Description
As an ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) Analyst at Kongsberg Norcontrol, you will play a critical role in analysing and managing maritime surveillance data to support operations and decision-making. Key responsibilities include data collection, interpretation, creating actionable insights, real-time monitoring of maritime movements, and maintaining situational awareness to support organisational requirements. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in the City of Bristol.
Qualifications
* Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and providing actionable intelligence
* Proficiency in maritime surveillance tools and technologies
* Proven understanding of security protocols and risk assessment within maritime environments
* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration
* Experience with ArcGIS and or QGIS
* Have completed the UKIAC or similar imagery analysis based course.
* Experience with SAR (Synthetic Aperture RADAR) analysis.
